BIMMALL Ltd currently offer specialist services in Navis Manage, Autodesk MEP, CADDuct, Laser Scanning (Recap), Revit and we are authors in Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and Field. We work closely with our clients and their supply chains to adopt existing client 'toolkits' specific to your project deliverables.

We are able to deliver most file formats such as DWG, RVT, DWF, NWD and IFC.

DRAUGHTING SERVICES

Building Services Coordination is our core skill. We have over 20 years' experience in delivering quality projects, on time.

All our projects are modelled in 3D which enables enhanced clash detection and removal between different service disciplines and helps minimise the risk to our clients.

BIM CONSULTANCY

Patrick Mitchell is an experienced BIM Consultant and leads all projects requiring BIM management and consultation.

He has experience as a Group BIM Lead, working with Scotland's largest construction firm to acquire Level 2 BIM accreditation. He has assisted with the development of SQA BIM Modules for the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

He has sat on the Scottish BIM Forum and is aligned with the international BIM Standards ISO 19650. He also specialises in developing BIM processes and procedure for organisations, building and training BIM teams, implementing BIM and acquiring BIM accreditation.

MULTI-DISCIPLINE CLASH REPORTING

As an extension of our Building Services Coordination where we implement clash avoidance processes, we also offer clash report reviews.

This is an important exercise where we utilise some of the most powerful model analysis software, Navisworks Manage, to create conflict and clash reports to evaluate and review project progress.

This is essential on projects where you do not have control of all model elements and works as a collaboration tool with other project stakeholders.

MODEL TO INSTALLATION VALIDATION

To ensure the installation is correct we can evaluate the installation throughout construction to avoid programme implications towards the end of the contract, enabling a quicker handover of the record information at project completion.

BIMMALL have significant experience in the use of the Autodesk platforms, BIM 360 Field and Glue.
